Advance Booking Fee -

• AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: 25% of total package cost Or Token amount of Rs 10,000/ required. We need flight amount at the time of booking to ensure the confirmed booking in flights mentioned in quotation.
• Payment slabs vary by destination and hotel deadlines. The accounts department will provide the applicable payment slab.
• 30 days from the date of departure: 100% of total package cost.

Booking Policy for Group Departures

• The token amount is non-refundable.
• A payment of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking. (Seats are subject to availability at the time of booking.)
• The remaining balance must be settled as per the specified payment schedule.

Important: The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received before 30 days from the date of departure. Booking policy is subject to change depending upon the travel period and destinations opted for. 100% payment may be required in advance for specific destinations or high end hotels.

If you cancel your Holiday -

You may cancel your package at any time. Cancellation shall be effective only on the receipt of a writ ten notification or an e-mail in this regard from the person who made the booking. The following cancellation charges shall be applicable:

• Prior to 30 days or more: Booking Fee (Rs- 10,000/-).
• Between 30-20 days ahead of departure: 50% of tour cost.
• Between 20-15 days of departure: 75% of tour cost.
• 15 days to date of departure: 100%.
• In case of no show: 100% of Tour cost.
• No refund shall be made in case of non-refundable flights.

If we change or cancel your holiday:

• We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
• Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at a ny time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
• We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrange ments by assigning reasons to you.
• If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather): We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour, if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
• If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a prorata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
• In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.

If you want to change your holiday plan:

After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Due to third-party suppliers' constraints, including airlines and hotels, Travel Land India must adhere to their policies.
• All cancellation and rescheduling fees are set by the suppliers and will be communicated during booking.
• These fees may vary depending on the supplier’s terms and the timing of the cancellation.

Hotel Services

• The hotel is fully responsible for providing all hotel-related services, including accommodations, amenities, and customer service.
• Travel Land India acts solely as an intermediary and does not assume responsibility for any hotel services.
• We recommend guests independently verify hotel details such as:

-Room types

-Facilities

• Any concerns regarding the hotel’s services must be addressed directly with the hotel management.
• Travel Land India is not liable for any dissatisfaction or issues during your hotel stay.
• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM (Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges).

Airline Responsibility

• Airlines are responsible for all changes, rescheduling, or cancellations to flight schedules.
• Travel Land India only acts as an intermediary for flight bookings and does not take responsibility for any airline modifications.
• In case of flight changes, cancellations, or rescheduling, passengers must:

-Directly contact the airline for assistance.

-Stay updated with flight status and airline notifications.

• Travel Land India is not responsible for any inconvenience or additional costs incurred due to airline changes.

Hotel Deposits and Taxes

• Some hotels may require deposits or collect taxes at the time of check-in, as per their policy.
• These payments are outside the control of Travel Land India.
• Customers are required to pay:

-Deposits or security payments directly to the hotel at check-in.

-Any applicable taxes at the time of check-in.

• Travel Land India is not responsible for deposits, taxes, or security payments, and any disputes regarding such payments should be resolved directly with the hotel.

Encrypted Data and Privacy Protection

• Travel Land India takes your privacy and data security seriously.
• We use industry-standard encryption technology to protect sensitive data during online transactions.
• All personal and financial information is encrypted and securely stored.
• We ensure confidentiality by:

-Not sharing your data with third parties without explicit consent, except when necessary for bookings or as required by law.

In very exceptional cases, a credit note may be issued for future travel.*

• Booking Confirmation
  Upon booking airline tickets through our agency, passengers will receive a booking confirmation that includes essential details about their reservation. Passengers should carefully review this confirmation, which will include information about the airline, fare conditions, and cancellation or refund policies.
• Requesting a Refund
  To request a refund, passengers can contact us. We can get in touch with airline for the refund but it totally depends on airlines policies for the refund amount.
• Processing Time
  The processing time for refunds varies among airlines. It is important to note that some airlines may take several weeks or even months to process refund requests. Passengers should follow up directly with the airline for updates on the status of their refund request.
• Cancellation and Change Policies
  Passengers should familiarize themselves with the specific cancellation and change policies of the airline at the time of booking. Airlines may have different rules regarding cancellations, changes, and refunds based on the type of ticket purchased.
• Conclusion

Online Transaction Charges (2.5%) will not be refunded. Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers / contractors we, patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, any increases in entrance fees for monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges in the destination country will be charged as additional expenses.

• Liability of Travel Land India Pvt Ltd is limited to the extent of the booking amount received from the customer.
• In the unlikely case of delay/cancellation of flights due to unforeseen circumstances, Travel Land India Pvt Ltd. will offer the best alternate arrangements. No refunds or compensation would be made.
• Full payment does not automatically assure package booking and acceptance by Travel Land India Pvt Ltd. Booking is confirmed and accepted only when booking vouchers are issued for a particular booking. In case booking is not accepted, full refund would be made to the customer or adjusted against an alternate booking as desired by the customer.
• In the case of unavailability of the hotel, specified, alternate accommodation will be available in similar category hotel(s).
• Availabilityand prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received for package.
• GST is payable at the rate of 5% of the total package price.
